Allyson Elizabeth D’Angelo, a.k.a. Ally was born and raised in Yorkshire, England until she emmigrated to the United States in 1990, where she became a citizen ten years later. Ally is the mother of five children and three grandchildren who and currently lives in Arizona with her 3 daughters and granddaughter.
Allyson is an established writer/editor and web journalist at BellaOnline, where during the past three years she has been exploring the flavors of American Regional Cuisine and encourages the home cook on her sites (home cooking and holiday/seasonal) to be more creative. She is a self-taught amateur chef and has worked in the food industry since 1998. She is all about the food, the seasons and what they have to offer and loves the holidays.
