Articles written for the gynecology site will cover the majority of gynecologic health issues women face. In addition, there will be articles which focus on navigating the health care system and getting the most out of your health care visits. My goal is to provide you with information that will help you make wise choices, so you may: Live Healthy, Live Well and Live Long!


If you have a question or a topic you would like to discuss, please ask via the forum or by email. If I see a lot of interest in a particular subject, I will write about it. This site is designed to provide you with information, not to substitute for a health care provider. So, if you have medical problems or concerns you should seek care immediately.

This site’s forum is also a great place to discuss gynecologic health topics, get information, share experiences, and make your opinion known. Sharing your experience may assist another woman in finding help, posing the right questions to her doctor, recognizing a symptom that needs to be addressed or realizing that she is not alone. Issues related to gynecology are very personal. The forum provides you with the confidentiality you might need to discuss a private issue you may not be comfortable sharing with the people in your life.
