Hello! My name is Rann Patterson, and I am currently Cancer site Editor here at BellaOnline.com
The Newsletter
The Cancer Newsletter is free and is sent out each week, and I try to keep them a little bit lighter in feel than the articles. So, to give you a feel of what to expect, below is a sample of what I cover on the site.
Articles on the Cancer site
My goal is to help you cope with the process if you either have been newly diagnosed, are a pre-vivor, survivor, or just a friend or family member wanting to help someone, by offering valuable information on:
Doctors
How to choose a good one, and how to avoid the pitfalls.
The Body/Mind/Emotions
The physical body is always evolving and in need of care. But so is the mind and emotional part of our being. I love psychology and have been helped by Mental Health professionals. I cover these topics as well.
Nutrition and Food
Nutrition is never out of style. It is a constant truth, that no matter if you are in good health now or have chronic illlness, you should continue a lifestyle of good nutrition to prevent disease.
I'm big on nutrition and eating fresh food. I cover fruits and veggies, along with the best cancer-fighting vitamins and essential minerals. I will not only tell you what they are but what's makes them so powerful!
Supplements
I cover potent supplements you can take that are easily absorbed, that support certain areas of the body, and the overall health of the immune system. Sometimes I review sites that sell them; however, I will only endorse those that I take myself.
Breaking News
I keep abreast of what top hospitals are up to in regard to research.
My articles deal with nutrition and the "whole person" attitude of the healing process, so my newsletters will encompass all of these subjects at one time or another!
