My two decades of hands-on work at every station of the hospitality industry has made life fun and delicious. I love sharing what I know and I’m going to share with you all I know about cocktails, including how to serve them, how much to serve, how to shop for a party, and how to pair foods and beverages so lusciously your party guests will beg for a second invite!

I spend most of my time writing about foods and beverages these days and I sell handmade gourmet foods at local farmers markets, crafts shows, and a friend´s antique store on Main Street. I am a 1997 honors graduate of Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon. I took bartending classes in Austin, Texas, in the 1980s.
