Hello!

I am currently a "retired" homeschooling mom of 3 grown men. I now have 2 beautiful granddaughters that are on the homeschooling path with their momma. In total, I have 20+ years of homeschooling under my belt. In my "retired" status, I enjoy mentoring current homeschooling families by parting knowledge to newbies, as well as teach in a limited capacity.

I have never lost my need to be involved in the homeschooling community. In fact, I have developed a website for preschool parents, titled What Grandma Teaches Me. It is a site designed for preschool parents and is filled with absolutely free resources on all subject matters pertaining to teaching preschoolers at home. I am currently teaching preschoolers in a Wednesday evening class, as well as teach 2nd and 3rd grade Bible studies on a weekly basis.

My goal for this site is to share relevant information for today´s homeschooling families. I like to make information fun, so be prepared for some sense of humor and smiles along the way. You can always get in touch with me. I pride myself on answering emails quickly!
