Quick Caramel Crunch Brownies Recipe

Quick Caramel Crunch Brownies Recipe
Sometimes I need a chocolate fix but am in a hurry. Mom’s Brownie Mix is always on my pantry shelf for this purpose, and the variations for basic brownies are endless. I found a package of mini 100000 Grand bars and decided to use them to make Quick Caramel Crunch Brownies. These quick brownies turned out to be very delicious and have a texture that is different from most caramel brownies that I have made before. It takes only about 10 minutes to mix them up and put them in a baking dish.

Fun size candy bars are always a good addition to change up brownies. I like to add additional chocolate (you can never have enough chocolate!) in my brownies, and since they last a long time, have found that leftover candy bars from Halloween are better used in brownies and bars (and pies, cakes, and cookies) than just eaten plain.

32 Brownies

2 1/2 cups Mom's Brownie Mix
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 Fun Size 100000 Grand candy bars, cut into small chunks
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line an 11" x 9" shallow baking dish (or 9" x 9") with parchment and spray the parchment with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix the brownie mix, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Fold in the candy bar chunks and chocolate chips.
  4. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes or until the center is just set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into 32 bars.
