HR 1701 PTSD TBI Guaranteed Review for Heroes Act
HR1701 will allow dishonorably discharged/dismissed individuals to change their record to honorable if a special review board determines he/she suffered from PTSD or TBI during their time of service. It also prevents active servicemen from being dishonorably discharged if they suffer from the same.
