Meditate for Five Minutes - Earth Day Challenge
Today's Earth Day Challenge involves bringing serenity and focus into your world. It is to meditate for five minutes. You can do it in your office, in your bed, on your couch, in your back yard, or anywhere else you wish!
You get bonus points if you add a earth-wide focus into your meditation, thinking of health and peace for our Earth.
When you've meditated for five minutes, chime in to let us know you've achieved the challenge!
If you want an even better challenge, some of us will be meditating daily for the entire week. Whether you choose to do one meditation, a few days, or a full week, we'd love to have you join us!
