Never Give Up
As we are in a new year and a new decade, it is time to reflect and regroup.
I am sure that you have gone through tough times along the way. At those times it was probably difficult to keep smiling. It is in those times we want someone to encourage us but often times we have to be able to encourage ourselves. When it looks scary and we don’t know where to turn, we have to stand on the Word of God to encourage and remind us where our strength comes from.
Here are a few scriptures to strengthen you. Memorize these scriptures to help you in those tough times.
Psalms 27:1
The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? (KJV)
Romans 8:28
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (NKJV)
Isaiah 54:17
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. (KJV)
When we go through tough times in our life, we need to be encouraged that God is still with us. We have to remember that God has a plan and He will bring us through if we stand strong standing on the solid foundation of His Word. We need to pray without ceasing. It might look like your prayer is not being answered but don’t stop praying.
What has you bound today? Are you praying to God about it? Are you asking him for wisdom?
Don’t get discouraged – that’s a weapon of the enemy trying your faith.
You might not see a way out right now, but just stay encouraged that God is working it out in your favor. God has a plan. He can turn the impossible into the possible. God can turn no into yes. God has all power!
If you are being obedient to God’s word, He has made a promise to you too… to never leave you nor forsake you.
Prayer changes things – don’t give up!
God Bless!
