The game is actually quite fun. You're the captain of a little boat on an adventure in the arctic seas. You're driving around ice floes and glaciers. Your quest is to reach the next buoy.
As the game progresses, the maps you transverse get harder and harder. The game is testing your ability to remember the map layout. It also asks you to go somewhere and then figure out which direction you've come from. The landscapes change.
These are the exact sorts of thought processes that people with dementia have problems with. Lack of directional awareness is one of the first signs of encroaching dementia.
